Mold cavity heating:
The cavity clean dirt after die. The temperature of the oven is pre adjusted on the temperature controller. The new machine usually set the upper mould to 220 degrees centigrade, the lower die 200 degrees, then heat up until the set temperature is reached (about 30 to 40 minutes). This may have escaped trace odor and smoke from the mold, which is the remnants of the anti rust oil, paint and insulation materials in adhesives was scorched out, the new machine is a normal phenomenon, about 1 - 2 hours will evaporate, if exist for a long time, or more, it should be down to check.
Test roasting:
Lift up the upper die, push down the lower die, clean the rustproof oil and dirt remaining in each mold cavity and core, evenly spray the demoulding oil (edible atomized silicone oil or refined degreasing oil), close the lower die, and use the feeder to add slurry to the mold cavity and cover the mold. The time is adjusted to 90 seconds for the baking cycle. When the alarm bell, you can die.
